I am supposed to write down 7 interesting things. So here goes...
1-I used to play softball in high school and college. I love that sport. While I was practicing throwing the ball with a friend, I was too into my conversation to notice the ball was coming straight to my face. The ball hit me smack in the nose and it broke(my nose-not the ball). I went to the Dr. and he told me I needed it fixed ASAP. It was the middle of softball season and I didn't want to miss it, so I waited til after it was over to get my nose fixed. Three days after my surgery, I decided to go to a church function(against my parents' will). While I was there, a friend came up to me and for some odd reason, pretended to hit me, although she really did hit me-in the NOSE of all places. So I went home and new my parents would be so mad at me. The nice job the Dr. had done on fixing my nose was ruined. I had to go have another surgery and get it fixed. The Dr. was so mad and said it would never be straight again-and it's not, but I don't think it is too noticeable.
2-I think I have mentioned this before, but I have a thing for feet. I cannot stand them to be dirty. I do not even like it if my kids feet are dirty. There are many days when I will put my
kids feet in the tub at the end of the day just to clean them off.
3-I love Hawaii and anything that is tropical. I love Mango drinks, Rumbi's, and the Hawaiian restaurant L&L. I am not too much a flower person, but I do LOVE Plumeria flowers. They smell so good.
4-I took piano lessons for 7 years. I have not ever played since. I just get too nervous playing in front of people and that was enough to make me stop. I think it is a talent I should've kept up with.
5-I really enjoy watching the Denver Nuggets play basketball. I so would love to buy season tickets someday.
6-I graduated from BYU in Recreation Management. Not many people know that so I thought I would add that in here.
7-I have met a few famous(or well known) people in my life. I met/saw the red head hostess from trading spaces (can't remember her name) at the Cheesecake Factory downtown. I have met Bruce Jenner (I think he is a runner). Met Rich Karlis who used to be the kicker for the Denver Broncos. And when Logan was about 9 months old, our friend invited us to her parents ward for her baby's blessing. It just so happened that her dad is/was the Bishop of President Hinckley's ward. So we went and it worked out that her family and us, sat in the front row. Jon, Logan and I sat right in front of Pres. Hinckley. Talk about feeling nervous in Sacrament mtg. It was all I could do to keep Logan quiet and sitting still. Jon finally had to take Logan out because he was being so fussy. We never got to meet him, but it was fun to see him in a real life setting.

That is so cool about Pres. Hinckley. I never knew you had played piano. Taht is one thing I really wish I knew how to do.
The softball thing was news to me. I played softball too. I can see that about you. Becky
Your nose looks straight to me. Trav's mission president used to be Pres. Hinckleys Bishop too. He still lives in that ward.
Totally with you on the dirty feet thing. I especially can't stand for my kids to go to sleep with dirty feet.
That is crazy about your nose. I would have never guessed. OUCH!
next time we are together i'm breaking out the ruler because your nose looks straight to me!

Kim, I just learned a lot of new things about you. Cool!
Okay, I'm loving the share thing you put on here, but I'm just wondering why the hair ball phobia was not included. I feel that is something that is way important (wink). Love you Kim!!
Kim,
Congrats on baby #3. I can't believe we've both had two more kids since we were in Grandview together. I hope you're doing well. Love, Aly Dart
