We had a great Thanksgiving-despite cleaning up throw up a few times. Thanksgiving Day we spent the day with my family. All of us kids were there and even my Grandma and Grandpa Reid (my mom's parents) came. It was really nice to have them there-they are such sweet people. Every time I am with my Grandma, I always wish I laughed a little bit more. She has such a good sense of humor and laughs all the time. I think that is why she looks so young still.
Can you believe my grandparents have 8 great grandchildren? I think they do not even look old enough to have great grandchildren.
Anyways, we had a lunch with the family then watched Fred Claus later that night. The food and company was great!
Friday we went to the mountains near Conifer to cut down our first real Christmas tree. We went with some friends and Jon's brother's family. It was a lot of fun. The kids loved it too. I am so glad we went. This is our tree we (when I say "we", I mean Jon) cut down....

That sounds like so much fun. Your tree is beautiful. I can't believe how big Parker is, he doesn't look like an infant anymore.
Parker is so cute! I feel like I never get to see your cute kids anymore since we aren't VT partners anymore :( They are growing up so fast!
somehow i missed this post when you first put it up. anyway, the tree looks so good!! and your grandma does look really young. a family trait to look forward to?!?!
Great tree! What a good mom you are to let your kids do crafts like that. I should send Kyler and Kinlie over to you...
you are such a good mom...having crafts for your kids, letting them decorate the tree. i have to be tied to a chair (by stephan) just so my kids can decorate. i am such a control freak!!
