Update on Parker...

So I took Parker in for his 10 month visit a few weeks ago. He was gaining weight for awhile but when I took him in he hadn't gained too much since the last appointment. The Dr. was concerned at first, but I quickly reminded her of my genetics and how small my daughter was at that age. Anyways, I do not think Parker is skinny at all. I think he looks really healthy. He is moving around so much. The other day he got up on his toy and started pushing it around. Next month he will be a year old. I still can't believe how fast time flies. He has been such a good baby with such a sweet spirit.

Here is a picture and a short video of his new milestone..

Fairy Day Camp....

Believe it or not, Kylie is really shy around people she doesn't know, so it took her awhile to warm up. (For some reason I cannot move these pictures around so the explanation to these pictures are down below.)

Kylie was so lucky this year to have a day all to herself with her Yaya (Grandma) Hutch. They had a Fairy Day Camp together. I guess some people have started this tradition in other places (great idea) and my mom and some friends picked up on it. I took Kylie to a clubhouse that was decorated so cute! The activities for the day included: going on a hike to find pixie dust for their fairy cages (which the Grandma's had put jewels and stuff along the trail for them to find), eating yummy food, playing games, doing crafts, reading fairy books, learning the fairy law and the fairy dance, and just enjoying their time with their Grandma. Kylie had a ton of fun and the first thing she told me was that she "ate a lot of food." Thanks Yaya for the fun day with Kylie.

Logan turns 5!!!

I cannot believe Logan is 5! He is such a sweet boy and still is always trying to do what is right. He is always thinking of others. That really makes us happy to see him like that. He is still so good to Parker and Kylie-although I think he likes seeing the "Kylie Show" because he has figured out that he can irritate her and get her to come after him. Anyways, we are so grateful to have Logan in our family.
The day before his birthday, his Yaya took him and Dillon to see "Night at the Museum". He really liked that. That night Dillon stayed the night. The next morning Logan opened presents and then we went to Amazing Jakes. He really liked that place. Later that day we had cake and icecream. Fun day but not too busy either.

Thank you Home Depot...

The first Saturday of every month, Home Depot offers free workshops for kids to make something. Jon took Logan the first time and he made a bird feeder. The next time Jon took both kids and they each made a wheelbarrow.
Logan and Kylie painting their wheelbarrow at home.

Bringing home the wheelbarrow...

Some more things we have been doing....

The kids and I have been trying to go to Golden a little more to have lunch with Jon. The kids sure love it. I posted a few pics from one of our lunch dates at the park.

Some things we have been doing....

Logan is playing TBall this summer and he LOVES it.

***************

Logan graduated from Preschool this year. I cannot believe he is off to Kindergarten soon. Time goes by fast. Here are some pics of Logan at his graduation. He really liked Ms. Tara and will miss seeing her every week. His favorite book is Alphabet rescue...
Since I have not posted in forever, I have more to come...
